2. Cancellations must be made through the merchant acquiring bank

4. Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash
5. If you have selected the trial offer and you wish to cancel your merchant facility as per * you will need to send Ezepos Pty Ltd a copy of your merchant statement showing the break fee charged and we will issue a gift voucher to that amount. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery of your gift voucher.
